🔧 Workflow Steps:
- Schedule Trigger: Initiates the workflow at a predefined time, ensuring your posts go out consistently.
- query entries from Notion table for today: Connects to your Notion database to find posts scheduled for the current day based on a ‘Date’ column.
- get all content from post page: Retrieves all text blocks and associated image URLs from the specific Notion page identified as today’s post.
- Pull together all text blocks + image: Aggregates the retrieved text content and the image URL into a single data item for further processing.
- Fetch image from post: Downloads the image from the URL linked in your Notion post, preparing it for publishing.
- Reformat Post Text: Sends the extracted text to OpenAI, which acts as your assistant to reformat the content, adding paragraph breaks and lists to make it more palatable and engaging for LinkedIn.
- Combine text+image: Merges the AI-reformatted text with the fetched image, creating the final content package for your LinkedIn post.
